How long does a forever bracelet last?

With proper care and cleaning, your permanence jewelry should last a lifetime. Of course, aggressive chemicals or activities that stress the chain can weaken or break it.If that happens, you can call on the lifetime warranty to have the bracelet reattached at one of our facilities.

What if a bracelet is lost?

The lifetime warranty is valid only on the lasering and not on its loss. In case of loss, however, a 15% discount can be given on a new piece of jewelry upon presentation of a valid warranty certificate.

Can you go under an MRI scan and through airport screening with permanent jewelry?

In general, precious metals, which are not magnetic, are considered safe for MRI scans and customs inspections.
