Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on items purchased online, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the value of the order. You have 7 days after accepting the return to send it. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned, but can be exchanged within 14 days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
